Lemurian Soul Alignment is a simple daily practice for coming back to yourself.
Through the meditation, you’ll be guided to clear what isn’t yours, release energetic cords and attachments, reconnect with the essence of your soul, and anchor yourself back into your own energetic field.
Because the more you return to your own energy, the easier it becomes to recognise what is actually coming from you - rather than what you’ve picked up from everyone and everything around you.
And the more you're connected to your own energy, the easier it is to stay aligned with your soul and follow the path that is meant for you.
And this is why I recommend doing it daily. Think of it as an energetic reset - a few minutes each day to clear what isn’t yours, return to your own energy and reconnect with your soul.

What can you expect?
This guided process is more than a meditation. It includes light language, energy work, chakra clearing and Lemurian transmissions. It goes beyond the mind and works deeply with your subconscious and your energy body. You can imagine it as a mini healing & alignment session - long enough to have powerful effects and short enough to not overwhelm your system or cause intense physical integration symptoms.Â
About Chiara
Like many healers, channelers and spiritual mentors, I began my own journey by learning structured spiritual modalities. They gave me an incredible foundation and helped me reconnect with my intuition, my gifts and my soul's purpose.
As I deepened the connection with my soul and reconnected with soul gifts from past lifetimes, I felt new healing abilities wanting to come through in my sessions.Â
I was intuitively guided to facilitate sessions in ways I'd never been taught. Light Language began flowing through me. New healing techniques emerged spontaneously.
It became harder and harder to follow a protocol because I was constantly being pulled to do things differently.
However - I felt a lot of resistance and I wasn't sure if I could trust what was coming through.
I kept wondering:"Can I really do this?"Â "This isn't what I was taught..."
But the more I surrendered to what wanted to come through, the more profound the transformations became.
Those experiences completely changed the way I see energy work today.
They taught me that our soul carries incredible amounts of wisdom, gifts and ancient knowledge, far beyond what we’ve learned in this lifetime. And they made me realize that the most powerful facilitators are those who have done the work to let their unique soul gifts and soul expression lead their sessions.
Today, I combine multidimensional energy work, past life and ancestral healing, light language and channeling to help others reconnect with their own soul's wisdom and unique gifts.
