As healers, facilitators and sensitive souls, we’re constantly interacting with other people’s energy, emotions, expectations and perspectives.

And sometimes, without even realising it, we begin carrying things that were never ours to begin with.

Other people’s fears & limitation.
Other people’s opinions.
Other people’s expectations of who we should be.
Energy cords & energetic attachments.
Even ways of working that we’ve absorbed from the people we’ve learned from.

Over time, all of this can create a disconnect between you and your own soul.

Lemurian Soul Alignment is a simple daily practice for coming back to yourself.

Through the meditation, you’ll be guided to clear what isn’t yours, release energetic cords and attachments, reconnect with the essence of your soul, and anchor yourself back into your own energetic field.

Because the more you return to your own energy, the easier it becomes to recognise what is actually coming from you - rather than what you’ve picked up from everyone and everything around you.

And the more you're connected to your own energy, the easier it will become to stay aligned with your soul and follow the path that is meant for you.

Day 1
On the first day, we'll begin by working with Gaia consciousness and your earth star chakra to release fear, survival patterns and energetic density that have been keeping your system in protection rather than expression. From there, we’ll journey through an ancestral healing to release inherited patterns while reconnecting you with the wisdom and gifts carried within your lineage. We’ll then move into a powerful past life healing to clear some of the lifetimes that are limiting the fullest expression of your gifts. We’ll complete the journey with an Arcturian full body energy clearing to restore balance and alignment and prepare your vessel for holding higher vibrational frequencies and codes.

Day 2
On the second day, we’ll begin by opening deeper layers of your heart and high heart as well as your channel, allowing you to start accessing deeper levels of soul wisdom, guidance and multidimensional codes. You'll reconnect with galactic aspects of your soul and receive transmissions designed to help you remember gifts, frequencies and wisdom that exist beyond this lifetime. Through a powerful Lemurian activation, we'll expand your energetic capacity to hold more light, more of your soul, and a greater expression of your mission here on earth. Towards the end of the journey, you'll be guided into a profound connection with the highest expression of your soul - meeting the version of you that exists beyond fear, limitation and conditioning, and receiving the frequencies, guidance and remembrance that are ready to be embodied now.
